Welcome! I'm so glad you're here! I'm Morey, a wife and mom of 3, a passionate follower of Jesus, a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and author committed to guiding women on their journey to a healthier joy-filled life.
My path has been one of equal parts adversity and fulfillment. From the early days of navigating motherhood and marriage to deepening my faith, each step has been a building block in understanding the complexities and beauty of a woman's life. My passion for fitness and nutrition was born from my own struggles and triumphs in maintaining a healthy lifestyle amidst the craziness of life's many demands.
As a personal trainer, I've had the privilege of working with women from all walks of life, helping them find their strength, not just physically, but in every aspect of their lives. As a nutrition coach, I've guided women through the maze of healthy eating, understanding that each journey is unique and requires a personalized touch.
My journey as an author has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my career. Through writing, I've connected with women worldwide, openly sharing my journey through challenging experiences, including overcoming childhood trauma, navigating the complexities of parenting, divorce, a second marriage, infidelity, and the wisdom gained from all these trials. My books offer practical steps to managing life's adversities, promoting spiritual development, and adopting healthy sustainable habits that have turned my life around.

Unlovable, by Morey Ostlund
Unlovable is memoir meets how-to guide. I share my story of childhood abandonment, sexual abuse, and growing up in the foster system.
This early childhood trauma led me down a path of self-sabotage and destruction, desperately seeking to fill the void in my heart with men, acceptance, status, and alcohol. At 40, I seemed to have it all by the world’s standards, but I still felt empty. Facing a second divorce, I finally came to the end of my own rope.
Unlovable outlines the exact 8 steps I took to gain radical freedom from those painful childhood wounds.
When I quit searching for love in all the wrong places and took a chance on God, He was able to heal all my broken pieces. I candidly share my struggles, getting raw, real, and vulnerable about everything from sexual abuse to domestic violence and even adultery. This book is for anyone who knows there HAS to be a better way to do life but doesn’t know how to go about it. If you’re ready to live a life free from the bondage of your past, I serve up practical steps and applications that will help you step into the life you’re meant to live and whom God created you to be.

My Story
I worked many soul-sucking positions in corporate America for far too long in order to pay the bills. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and theology, as well as a Masters in Theology.
As a mom, I knew I was failing my children by not leading from the front. I let my childhood hurts and limiting beliefs get in the way of walking in my true purpose. I wanted them to go out and conquer their dreams, but I was living a mediocre existence at best.
Living for the weekend and that one week off a year when I could escape my reality. I finally had enough and decided to create the life I wanted.
I'll help you overcome the mental barriers that are holding you back. You'll learn how to replace burnout with freedom, passion, and purpose! I offer a variety of services to help you reclaim your body, life and confidence and live a life you're excited to wake up to each day!
“Growth is painful. Change is painful. But, nothing is as painful as staying stuck where you do not belong.”
